Agreement to Terms
By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Boulder Radiant Heat operates as a coordination service. We do not directly perform radiant floor heating, hydronic system installation, snow melt projects, or boiler retrofits. Work is completed by independent local radiant heating professionals in and around Boulder County and the Northwest Corridor. We review your request and arrange for a suitable radiant heating professional to contact you with a quote and availability.
Scope of Service
We facilitate introductions between property owners and independent radiant heating professionals. We do not employ installers, guarantee specific outcomes, or control the work performed by independent contractors.
You are responsible for verifying credentials, reviewing quotes, and entering into direct agreements with the professional who contacts you. We do not set pricing, timelines, or technical specifications.
User Responsibilities
When you submit a request, you must provide accurate information about your property, heating needs, and contact details. You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, or use our service for purposes other than obtaining legitimate radiant or hydronic heating services.
You are responsible for all communication and agreements with the independent professional who contacts you. We are not a party to those agreements.
Referral Fees
We may receive referral fees or commissions from independent professionals when we arrange introductions that result in completed projects. This does not affect the price you pay or the quality of service you receive.
Limitation of Liability
We provide coordination services only. We are not liable for the work performed by independent professionals, including installation quality, project delays, cost overruns, or any damages arising from their services.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to our coordination service is limited to the amount you paid us directly, if any.
